Single shaft shredders

Single-shaft shredders are specifically designed to maximize production capacity. The shafts, equipped with plates of various sizes tailored to the application, provide essential flexibility for processing multiple materials. Interchangeable screens with pre-selected hole sizes enable the desired final particle size to be achieved, ensuring both efficiency and precision. Each machine is equipped with a PLC with an in-house developed software, allowing for intuitive control and fast recipe changeover to suit different materials and processing needs.

Materials such as waste wood, pallets, polyethylene film, rigid plastics are just a few examples of what can be shredded. These shredders not only reduce material volume but also contribute to recycling efforts, promoting resource reuse and minimizing environmental impact.
