Four-Shafts Shredders

Our four-shafts shredders offer a modular design with shafts powered by both electric and hydraulic motors, ranging from 30 kW to 300 kW. This flexibility provides tailored solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications. Each model can be customized with different shredding chamber sizes, grid sizes, and blade thicknesses to achieve the desired shred size.

The design features an efficient system with upper and lower shafts, each driven by separate motors. Both shafts rotate at the same speed, ensuring optimal shredding performance for demanding tasks. Our shredders come with an integrated PLC system powered by our custom-developed software, making it easy to switch between recipes and optimize settings for different materials with minimal downtime.

Materials such as waste wood, pallets, polyethylene film, rigid plastics, metal scraps, and tires can be processed. These shredders not only reduce material volume but also play a crucial role in supporting sustainable recycling practices and promoting resource conservation.
